Our Process

• Exterior Painting: Power wash; prep (scrape/caulk); masking; priming as needed; paint (1–2 coats depending on need); punch list/touch-ups; cleanup; leave excess paint.
• Interior Painting: Mask floors and living spaces; spackle/caulk/sand; wipe down walls and doors; priming; paint; touch-ups; cleanup; leave excess paint.
• Siding: Lead testing; abatement/demo as needed; install new subsiding and vapor barriers; install new siding, trim, and flashing; caulking; prep for painting.
